Raise awareness of CQV in Japan, create places to learn it, and grow the number of engineers who practice it.

Establishing CQV as a recognized profession in Japan.
In Japan, the term CQV itself is still not widely known. Our goal is to establish CQV, which spans equipment design, installation, testing, documentation and quality risk, as a profession in its own right, to create places where it can be learned systematically, and to grow the number of engineers who practice it.
Practical
We translate the language of standards and guidelines into terms that work for your equipment and site procedures.
Explainable
Why is this test needed? We value CQV in which every decision can be explained on the basis of quality risk.

We describe accurately what we can do and what we have done, and we do not promise what we cannot guarantee.

Suguru Matsuzawa, Representative Director
24 years in pharmaceutical engineering & CQV
After graduating in mechanical engineering from Kyushu University in 2002, Suguru began his career in pharmaceutical facility engineering. His experience spans the equipment lifecycle, from introducing and constructing manufacturing equipment through URS, risk assessment, DQ, FAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, technology transfer and GMP compliance.
